Security deposits start as low as $200 on studios and $400 on 2 bedrooms. They will vary based on unit type and the disposition of your credit application.

We typically need to renew your lease or receive your written notice to vacate 60 days prior to your lease expiration date.
Gross income per apartment must be 2.5 the amount of the rent. All applicants must provide a valid social security number for a credit check to be performed. View our Rental Criteria for a complete list of applicant requirements.
Fusion Orlando Apartments proudly offers residents 24-hour maintenance service and response. Contact the leasing office, or submit a maintenance request through our online Resident Portal. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible.
Fusion Orlando may occasionally host resident events; however, residents can enjoy our fitness center, pool, and pet park any time!

Our upstairs studios can be identified by the third number on the apartment number. If the third number is a 1, it is downstairs, and if it is a 2, it is upstairs. For example, apartment #0823 can be identified as an upstairs apartment.
